Our New Year’s Eve party was very successful, gathering friends from four countries, Finland, China, Vietnam and Brazil, which can be called international. We also had 5 small children. There were 16 people in total. Everyone made dumplings together very well. Although we met for the first time, we hit it off very well. We chatted very happily, as if we had known each other for a long time. There is a lot of common language. We didn’t talk about believing in Jesus with friends who didn’t believe in the Lord, but the love from God came down and gathered in this home, making everyone feel warm, kind and relaxed.

Thank God for the pre-arrangement for our gathering. When they left, they can just take a ride or go with a friend of us. This gives more time to get to know each other. The kitchen and the living room were very lively. Everyone speaks Chinese or English, and tried their best to practice Finnish. There was always chatter in the kitchen and the living room. Everyone was willing to open their hearts, and they were very happy, with smiles on their faces.

Remove the old and welcome the new. There is a new creation in Jesus Christ, the old has passed away and all things are new (2 Corinthians 5:17).

I wish you all a happy Chinese New Year and wish to be your blessing!

[19,9,3
33,50
post-7519","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-blogs-in-english","category-all","category-church-news","tag-33","tag-activities
"1536x1536":false,"2048x2048":false
["GET
