The Chinese Church in Turku, Finland is the first Chinese church in Turku to gather in a family format.<\/span><\/p>

What is different is that this home church-style Chinese church is willing to accept and strive to care for all who come, regardless of skin color, nationality, language, social status, etc. Let everyone feel a sense of belonging.<\/span><\/p>

Although the Chinese churches here do not have church-like buildings, the Chinese meetings here have the flavor of the home of God’s love. Wherever one accords with one mind, gathers in the name of Jesus, where there is God’s presence and God’s love, is the church. Our monthly international home meetings are mainly Chinese, but also have other friends from different countries. The languages of the meetings are Chinese, English and Finnish. We don’t care about the number of people, we care about the growth of every life, and let life to affect life. God sees how precious everyone is! May the love of God’s living-water fountain flow here!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Turku Chinese Church operates as a home church. Here, the church is no longer a pyramid organization, and therefore it has no positions. Every brother and sister who is willing to serve can come here to plan and build this house church together with us. Not only that, such a small group makes it easier for us to concern about and take care of everyone’s needs. Friends who come to the gatherings can also find new friends here and grow faith together. The idea of Turku Chinese Church is to create a home full of God’s love, in order to break the formalism that traditional churches tend to be. We kindly ask you to pray for us and we will pray for you too.<\/span><\/p>

Start From The Heart, Start Again...<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tTurku has about 2,000 Chinese by 2022. This student city, known as the ancient capital of Finland, has Chinese students as the majority of the Chinese population. Turku Chinese Church formerly known as the Turku Chinese Students and Scholars Fellowship, was established in 2008.Since 2008, Christians of Chinese students and scholars in Turku have started spontaneous home gathering-style Bible study. The Chinese people in Turku are very mobile, and most of the Chinese students move to other cities in Finland to study and work, such as the larger cities in the capital region, or move to other countries, or return home. There are very few Chinese Christians living in Turku for a long time. Although as of 2021, there are only about 15 Chinese Christians\u00a0 in Turku, but the evangelistic ministry of the Turku Fellowship has been moving on. In this foreign land, the seeds of the gospel have been sown. One day, these seeds will bear fruits everywhere.<\/span>\n\nThe values of\u00a0 Turku Chinese Church: understand each other, support each other, build each other up, and care for each other.\u00a0In June 2021, we invited Pastor Lassi, who is quite spiritually working in the Finnish Church.\u00a0The physical gathering of the Turku Chinese Fellowship has resumed since July 2021.\u00a0We are moved by the outpouring of the Holy Spirit of love, joy, peace, and grace at every meeting.\u00a0The power of faith from God comes from the heart.\u00a0For a long time, the vision of the Turku Chinese Fellowship is: to gather and attract more Chinese, and to build a loving home of Chinese Christian faith in Turku.<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Ask God to give the spirit of resurrection and rebirth in the hearts of every brother and sister.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ask God to give brothers and sisters a heart of seeking and longing. Strengthen the faith of brothers and sisters.<\/p>\n

We also pray that God will take care of us personally, lead our fellowship, and invite more seekers and brothers and sisters who are enthusiastic about serving to join us. May the gospel prosper in the Turku region.<\/p>\n

What we do is limited, so God accepts it. God himself delivers salvation, mercy, love and grace in the land of Turku.<\/p>\n

Ask God to guide us in the ministry of evangelism and give us heavenly wisdom. Also ask God to make us abundant in faith and love. And the grace of our Lord is exceedingly abundant in faith and love in Christ Jesus (1 Timothy 1:14).<\/p>\n

Ask God to continually renew us and make us faithful and good servants (Matthew 25:21, 23). Let us put aside our wisdom and righteousness and become like little children before you (Matthew 18:3).<\/p>\n

Ask God Himself to send different preachers, pastors and speakers to our midst.<\/p>\n

Ask God to use us to magnify your love. Let us see the gospel prosper and the brothers and sisters grow in faith.<\/p>\n

Ask God to raise up an army of prayer to fight for our ministry and overcome the interference of the powers of darkness.<\/p>\n

May God complete the work of our hands. May the glory of the Lord our God be upon us. Establish the work of our hands; establish the work of our hands (Psalm 90:17).<\/p>\n
